MARC records are available for all Coherent collections and can be accessed via the customer portal. If you don’t yet have administrative access to the Customer Portal, you can request it by completing the sign-up form here.
MARC record downloads are delivered as .MRC files. MARC records have been created at three levels:
Organization-Level MARC: These are integrating resource records describing a publisher or other provider with a link to the landing page for all documents from that publisher.
Collection-Level MARC: Where provided, these are integrating resource records describing a publication or other named collection with a link to the landing page for all documents within that collection.
Document-Level MARC: Where provided, these are records describing a book or other document type with a link to the landing page for that item.
For collections that are live or being updated, we update MARC records every quarter. Quarterly MARC updates are complete replacements of the previous MARC packages and contain all available MARC records.
For new modules in beta, we provide a MARC record download link when the collection comes out of beta testing.
